Monica Unni is the owner of Loop Wellness Clinic, where she leads with a focus on understanding and addressing the unique needs of each patient. Her goal is to provide care that truly makes a difference in people's lives by creating personalized treatment plans that support both physical and mental well-being. Monica's approach has earned her a reputation as a provider who genuinely listens and delivers thoughtful, individualized care, always keeping her patients' best interests at heart.
Monica earned her Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech before going on to complete a Master of Science in medicine/PA studies at Shenandoah University. She has maintained her certification with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants since 2004. With over 17 years of experience in emergency medicine, Monica brings a wealth of practical knowledge to her current practice in integrative medicine. Her extensive background in critical care has shaped her approach to patient care, emphasizing both precision and compassion.
Monica is highly experienced in hormone replacement therapy and holds certification as a BioTE® practitioner in Virginia. She has earned "Legacy" status for her expertise in hormone optimization and is one of the most experienced providers in Northern Virginia, offering comprehensive care across multiple integrative treatments. In addition to hormone therapy, Monica has specialized training through the IV Therapy Academy and continues her education with A4M (American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine) to expand her knowledge in integrative medicine, allowing her to offer the most advanced wellness options for patients in the Leesburg, VA area.

I’m so glad that I found Loop Wellness and decided to start coming here. After my concerns were dismissed by my primary care physician, I came to Loop Wellness to schedule an appointment. At my initial appointment, Monica went over my health history and listened to all my concerns and confirmed my suspicions that my PCP was not willing to entertain. It was a great feeling to feel acknowledged by Monica, have her spend a considerable amount of time with me, and map out a plan to get to a better place.After 5 months, I returned for a follow up treatment and everyone at Loop has been just as nice and helpful as they were before. If you’re a 45+ male and feeling "off", I can’t recommend Loop highly enough.
